After early breakfast leave for Sigiriya. En route visit the cave monastry of Ridi Vihara. |

In the afternoon cycle to the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Sigiriya. This spectacular Rock Fortress is one of Sri Lanka’s major attractions. |

Optional : Early morning leave for a guided bird watching trail. |

In the morning experience typical Sri Lankan lifestyle by visiting a Sri Lankan village. Learn about the Sri Lankan cuisine and enjoy a typical lunch with a Sri Lankan family. |

Thereafter proceed to Kandy, en route visit an exotic spice garden. |

Late afternoon sight seeing tour of Kandy. Kandy - (the Sacred City of Kandy) - is a city in the centre of Sri Lanka. It lies in the midst of hills of rare vegetal species. The Kandy Valley crosses an area of tropical plantations. The monumental ensemble of Kandy is an example of construction that associates the Royal Palace and the Temple of the Tooth. |

After Breakfast visit the Royal Botanical Gardens in Peradeniya. |

Thereafter proceed to the Hill Country, en route visit the tea museum in Hanthana. |

Nuwara Eliya also called the "Little England" is set against beautiful backdrops of mountains, valleys, waterfalls and tea plantations. |

Late afternoon visit the Market, Victoria Park, drive round the Lake and see the building constructed in the style of a British city including the old Post Office and Golf Club. |

| Day 06 |
Early morning excursion to Horton Plains - also called "Cloud Forest Reserve". The Horton plains form an undulating plateau over 2000 meters high, which consists mainly of grasslands interspersed with patches of forest, with some unusual high-altitude vegetation. The plains are more often than not, visible only before 10.00 am due to the heavy mist, which engulfs the area. |

After Breakfast leave for Udawalawe via Ella Gap. |

En route visit at Buduruvagala to see the statues sculptured on a rock. |

On arrival at Udawalawe National Park, you will be met by the camp warden of the Mahoora Luxury Camp and driven in a jeep to the camp. |

Early morning visit the Elephant Transit Home at Udawalawe National Park in time for feeding of the baby elefants. Followed by a jeep safari of Udawalawe National Park. |

In the afternoon optional visit to Handunugoda Tea, Cinnamon, Rubber Plantation. This is possibly the only tea estate in the world that is located near the sea; and it is famous for the world's most expensive white tea. |

After breakfast walk around the Galle Fort, another UNESCO World Heritage Site. The narrow streets are lined with old houses displaing their Dutch heritage. |

In the afternoon drive to "The Hiyare Bio Diversity Reserve" - 600 acres of virgin lowland rainforest around a very picturesque lake. Heading further inland there are 37 acres of primeval rainforest at Kottawa with sheets of moss, hanging creepers, orchids, astonishing butterflies, endemic birds. Picknick there. |
